Access, correction and deletion requests
ShowLore LLC accepts requests concerning personal information associated with ShowLore accounts and communications. We may need to verify that you are the account holder or otherwise authorized to make the request before acting on it.
Your account data
Sign in to download your ShowLore account data or submit an authenticated privacy request.
Account closure
If you can sign in, the fastest way to close your ShowLore account is the self-service account-closure flow. It explains which information is removed and which factual archive records remain without your profile identity.
Other privacy requests
For access, correction, deletion, or another privacy question, sign in above or email privacy@myshowlore.com. If possible, write from the email address associated with your ShowLore account and describe what you are requesting.
Please do not send passwords or other authentication secrets. We may ask for additional information when reasonably necessary to verify the request.
What account closure does not erase
Factual concert contributions and appropriate revision history may remain as part of the collaborative archive without your profile identity. External links added to the archive may also remain. Legal, security, copyright, moderation and similar records may be retained when reasonably necessary.
